The Wild Thing is so easy to use. A hoof pick and sole scraper. A tool that's all-in-one!

It is designed to tackle the mud, clean out the hoof, plus scrape and exfoliate the sole.

The pointed pick serves to clean out the hoof before you start trimming and makes it easy to investigate for seedy toe or separation issues.
The scraper is perfect for an overall tidy up including exfoliating the chalky sole before you trim with the nippers and rasp.

This tool has been designed to suit everyone from the beginner to the pro farrier. Both will appreciate the convenience and speed of using a Wild Thing.

Made from premium quality steel and hand-forged in Tasmania. Each Wild Thing is individually crafted. The handles are carved from magnificent Tasmanian Myrtle timber.

At last a hoof pick that doesn't bend when picking out debris. This is a quality product and have no hesitation in recommending it to others professional and hobby.

The wild thing is the best hoof pick I've used. Works great on hard, impacted dirt. The sole scraper is helpful too. Would recommend.
