Shipping Info

We ship Tuesday and Friday mornings including orders placed prior to 9 am except for Balanced Equine Minerals - the cut-off time is 11 am Monday and Thursday.

Tracking within Australia: All e-parcel shipping is trackable, as are Express Post Satchels. 
Express Post Satchels don't require a signature for delivery, and we assume no responsibility for the item. If you want secure (signed for) express delivery please select Express e-parcel.

Tracking for international shipping to destinations outside of Australia: 
Pack & Track and Express Courier International can be tracked by the customer here: - enter your tracking number into the Post/EMS section then for further results within your country click on 'Select Country' to see your local post tracking page. 

Customs & Import Tax: Each country charges different import/customs tax so it's important you're aware of this. Threshold and rates vary - you can calculate them here.

Responsibility for Delivery: Australia Post has changed its signature policy and now leaves items in a safe place if there is no one to sign for them. Please add instructions if you don't want this to happen or if you have a preference for where to leave your parcel. 

Delivery Times: When you select a shipping option, the estimated delivery times will be shown. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post. Please check with your local post office to see if they are holding an item without notifying you before you contact us. 

Estimated delivery times are: 

Within Australia - E-Parcel: 5-7 business days (signature required for delivery)
Within Australia - Express post: 1-2 business days (No signature required but we don't accept responsibility for items not received). 

To New Zealand via Pack & Track: 7-10 business days and Express Courier 3-5 days.

Via Express Courier International: 2-5 business days (except Canada - allow 14 days). 

These shipping times are estimates (by Australia Post) so are not guaranteed as customs/delivery services in your country can take longer.   

A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you upon shipping. Please check your junk mail if it doesn't appear. 


These shipping times can sometimes be delayed by situations out of our control (floods, fire, power outages, computer outages - we live in Australia and operate our business from a rural address!)
