Tracking for International shipping to destinations outside of Australia: If you choose the International airmail option, your items are not trackable or replaceable if they do not arrive (hasn't happened so far).
Pack & Track and Express Courier International items can be tracked by the customer. Items using these services will be replaced if they do not arrive so we suggest selecting one of these shipping options for orders valued over $100.
Customs & Import Tax: Each country charges different import/customs tax so its important you're aware of this. Threshold and rates vary - you can check them here.
Tracking within Australia: All E-parcel shipping is trackable, as are Express Post Satchels.
Responsibility for Delivery: All e-parcel items must be signed for but you can leave a message to say its ok to leave, however we assume no responsibility for the item if you do this.
Express Post Satchels don't require a signature for delivery, and we assume no responsibility for the item. If you want secure (signed for) express delivery please select Express e-parcel.
Delivery Times: When you select a shipping option, the estimated delivery times will be shown. Some examples are:
Within Australia - E-Parcel: 5-7 business days (signature required on delivery)
Within Australia - Express post: 1-2 business days (No signature required but we don't accept responsibility for items not received).
To New Zealand via airmail: 7-10 business days
To the USA/Canada via airmail: 10-14 business days.
To the UK/South Africa and Europe via airmail: 10-14 business days.
Via Pack & Track International: 7-10 business days.
Via Express Courier International: 2-5 business days.
These shipping times are estimates (by Australia Post) so are not guaranteed as customs/delivery services in your country can take longer.
