Shipping & Returns


Shipping

We can ship all items to virtually any address in the world except for supplements/liquids which cannot be shipped outside of Australia.


For International shipping to destinations outside of Australia, if you choose the Regular airmail option, your items are not trackable or replaceable if they do not arrive (hasn't happened so far).


Only Express Courier International and Express Post International items can be tracked by the customer, while Registered Post International has limited tracking by Australia Post. Items using these services will be replaced if they do not arrive so we suggest selecting one of these shipping options for orders valued over $100.  

When you select a shipping option, the estimated delivery times will be shown. Some examples are: 

Within Australia - Regular post: 3-5 business days
Withi
n Australia - Express post: 1-2 business days

To New Zealand via airmail: 5-7 business days
To the USA/Canada via airmail: 10-14 business days.
To the UK/South Africa and Europe via airmail: 10-14 business days.

Via Express Post: 6-10 business days.
Via Express Courier: 4-7 business days. 

These shipping times are estimates only so are not guaranteed.  

To see the cost of shipping add the items to your shopping cart then 'View Cart' and click on 'Estimate shipping'. 


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items, or cleaned (use a damp cloth) 'as new' LightRider Bridles, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns valued at over $100 must be sent via a shipping method that enables tracking (express/registered post), or you will be liable for any goods that don't arrive. The same applies to return parcels when exchanging.

A return, post paid, self addressed package must be included when exchanging items if the goods were not faulty (If faulty we will cover return postage).   

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How can I see the shipping price of an item? 

  1. Select the product you're interested in.
  2. Select the various colour/size options. 
  3. Click on Add to Cart. 
  4. Click on 'View or Edit your Cart'. 
  5. Click on 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' under the sub total. 
  6. Enter your details and click on the Shipping and Tax button again. 
  7. The various shipping options and prices will be shown.
